You may use the following to convert your measured thermistor readings to temperatures: calibration data was taken and fit with a single simple exponential:

R(T) = 26.9(KOhms) exp(-.0343T)

which we can invert to (T in celcius),

T(R) = -29.15ln(R/26.9KOhms)
